Progeny is a golf course and residential development and renovation company. In 2002, we settled in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, for an upcoming golf course project — we were hooked on the hill country landscape and laid-back lifestyle!

It is the creative design and implementation on golf-course construction and renovation that gives Progeny an edge in the residential development arena. We can create beautiful park-like settings within the realm of an otherwise ordinary development plan. We see the vision in every inch of the land and what it can become.

Progeny has an extremely able family working to ensure our success as well as the success and satisfaction of our clients. We have an extensive and impressive resume of development and golf course work. We also have excellent working relationships with the architects, engineers, utilities groups and materials specialists.

We not only take care of the dirt work — we also handle dry utilities, grass and irrigation, electrical, phone, cable sewer, and water . . . to name a few. We also build beautiful entryways and have a reputation for our rock work. We want to add to the natural landscape not detract from it.

Progeny's goal in any development is to take the vision of the developer and help them to make the land all they imagine and all it can become.
