About Progeny Golf In 2000 David Oberle had an idea . . . what if he could take the golf course construction business he loved and fine tune it? Instead of a developer doing the legwork of finding a construction company to build the golf course, a separate construction company for lots and development and yet another company for in-ground irrigation and utilities, he believed he could bring it all to the table. In 2002 Progeny Golf Development L.L.C. was born. At inception Progeny had firm ideals and high demands of service and performance. It has only heightened these expectations over time. |

Progeny's vast knowledge of the golf course industry and development heavy workload make the company an indispensable asset to current and future developers. David has an extremely able team that he respects and trusts — an essential factor for any successful venture. |

Heading Progeny in the field is Alberto Saavedra. Alberto is an equity partner in Progeny. He believed in David's vision for the company and set out on the journey with him. He is an irrigation specialist and the General Foreman over all projects. He has over twenty years in the field and is pivotal in Progeny's continuing success. He is much of the reason Progeny is able to accomplish what it does. Fernando Pizano is a valued team member for his heavy equipment expertise and his skill in operating heavy machinery. Bobby Street joined Progeny with exclusive work history in the golf construction business and with his work ethic as an invaluable member of the Progeny family. Progeny's office staff includes David's mother, Jo Oberle, who runs the day-to-day operations of Progeny. Her accounting knowledge and positive approach keep the office running smoothly. |
Rounding out the group are the men who work on site — these employees are the hardest working in the business. While Progeny is a relatively new company, David's team has been with him for many years . . . proving their loyalty to David and their devotion to the company's mission. David's ability to think outside the box has led to lasting working relationships that continue long after a project is complete. Business associates appreciate his capacity for unconventional problem-solving, his ability to deal with challenges and his vigor in rising to the occasion of seeing a project to its desired fruition. David attributes a good deal of Progeny's success to many things, above all: his love for the work he does and the idea that learning is a constant. |
